In this 90 minute class we will practice teaching the Healing Breath and the Fast Breath, practice sending energy to an area of the body and then go deep into a full sequence practice session- Focusing on one Chakra, that will be supported by settling into a sacred Asana and perhaps explore some mudras and mantras.

What Universal elements are predominant in your body?
It’s like a map of the body that’s made up of an infinite variety of shapes, behaviors, emotions, and appearances. We are born with our own 'blueprint', a unique constitution of elemental layers that help create our individual body structure, personality, behaviors and disease processes. Our lifestyle choices and environment we live in can alter our unique constitution and create imbalances in one or more of the elements- thus leading to chronic conditions and diseases.
