What's your Dosha type?

Vata, Pitta and Kapha

Instructed by Stacey Bridges

Course Description

Every snowflake is unique in shape and form, just like every human being has their own unique differences.
In Ayurveda, the five elements that are found in all living things are: Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. These are the building blocks of life, and the manifestation of the five elements through the Doshas is what makes us unique.

What Universal elements are predominant in your body?

It’s like a map of the body that’s made up of an infinite variety of shapes, behaviors, emotions, and appearances. We are born with our own 'blueprint', a unique constitution of elemental layers that help create our individual body structure, personality, behaviors and disease processes. Our lifestyle choices and environment we live in can alter our unique constitution and create imbalances in one or more of the elements- thus leading to chronic conditions and diseases.
